CONDITIONS 

Your initial payment will confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

All materials orders are placed with the supplier the day the deposit is paid. Legend Bridal cannot cancel an order with our suppliers once it has been placed, due to the terms and conditions agreed between Legend Bridal and them. 

QUOTATIONS 

Quotes are based on information available at the time the quote is given. Changes made after the quote is given may require extra work and/or materials and therefore incur extra costs. 

A quotation is valid for 28 days. Prices and costs may be recalculated beyond this period and a fresh quotation given.

TIMESCALES 

Work will be completed to the timescale agreed at the time of placing the order. 

Deadlines can only be guaranteed if full cooperation is given by the client. 

Acceptance of urgent work is at our discretion and may incur a 25% surcharge to cover additional costs.

CANCELLATION 

A client can cancel an order, free of charge, at any time during the consultation process. 

Once an order is placed and the deposit paid, the order can be cancelled before construction has started, however initial payment is forefeit to cover time lost and any materials already purchased. Please be aware that the right to a full refund does not apply to commissioned goods (Sale of Goods Act 1979) 

If a client wishes to cancel the project after work has begun he/she will incur the charge of the full cost of the project. Refunds are not possible as final materials will have been purchased, time allocated to the project and construction started. As the garments are bespoke they cannot be resold. 

Any initial payments made to Legend Bridal cannot be transferred to other garments/goods/services. 

DESIGN AND FABRICS 

All designs and sketches remain the property of Legend Bridal Designs. 

Legend Bridal will be pleased to assist you in the choice of designs, style and colour of your gown. However, Legend Bridal accepts no responsibility in respect of such matters, nor for any problems or additional costs that result in a change of instruction from the customer, or due to the customers increase or decrease in weight/size after the date of order. 

Every effort will be made to obtain the fabrics and trims required by the customer. Should the exact fabric be unavailable a suitable alternative will be sourced on the agreement of the customer. 

Design changes may be made at the toile fitting stage. Significant changes may incur additional costs. 

Goods sold by Legend Bridal marked as ‘sale’, ‘reduced’ or ‘sample’, are sold as seen, and subject to any defects existing at the time of sale. This however, does not affect your statutory rights. 

APPOINTMENTS AND FITTINGS 

We operate by appointment only with fittings arranged in agreement within the required timescales. 

A reasonable number of fittings is required to ensure the perfect fit and every effort must be made to make yourself available. A final fitting is generally scheduled 2 weeks prior to the wear date when final payment is due. 

Regardless of circumstances, full payment of all goods shall be due 14 prior to the event date 

COLLECTION

All payments must clear before collection 

Collection is usually scheduled 1 or 2 days prior to the wear date. 

Upon collection you will be asked to confirm that the garments are as ordered and sign the acceptance form. Once the garments and final payment have been exchanged any further work will constitute a new order and will be undertaken subject to available time and resource. This includes repairs and refurbishment as a result of wear and tear.
