Firey wedding inspiration for the Autumn Equinox

Gothic floral archway

It’s officially autumn. The equinox on Monday marked the first day of autumn and I have no idea where the summer went (or why it’s taken 5 days to write this post!). Don’t get me wrong - I love autumn! I Love the russet colours and the sounds of the leaves as you walk through them. I love that everything is pumpkin spice and darker evenings are creeping in. I love that it’s gig season and we have a raft of tickets to see some of our favourite bands - oh and holidays! But more than anything, I love that it’s the time of year when we can really let our creative juices flow!

The majority of this years weddings are complete or well under way. Next years weddings are already in the production calendar and we have this little golden window between wedding fair season and Yule in which to create our 2020 collection, and WOW do we have ideas overflowing! I really want to spill some of our ideas, but as these things go with any creative process, ideas evolve and change and who knows what we’ll actually be revealing to you when the time comes!

So, until we’re ready to share our projects with you, we’ll endevour to add our current designs to our online catalogue/shop and hopefully share more of our real brides from this season. But right now, we’re celebrating our love of Mabon with this gorgeous styled shoot we were part of with Little White Books and Project Valentine at Bashall Barn almost 2 years ago now!
