We design and make wedding dresses for people who want to recognise themselves when they look in the mirror. Black lace or colour. Soft and ethereal or gloriously dramatic. Something from our collection, made your way - or something that has never existed before.
There isn't a right way to look like someone getting married. There is only what feels like you.
We don’t just sell dresses… we make them!

From our studio in Lancashire, our small team designs, cuts and creates by hand. We've spent more than a decade making wedding dresses for people who couldn't quite find themselves in traditional bridal - and that experience means we can offer something rather different from simply choosing a dress from a rail.
Start with one of our Immortals and make it yours. Change the colour. Add sleeves. Combine details. Work around a tattoo you love. Hide something meaningful inside.
Or start with an idea that exists only in your head.
That's where things get really interesting.

A space made for real people
There is no entrance exam for Legend.
You don't need to be goth enough, alternative enough, a particular size, live a certain path or have your whole wedding aesthetic figured out before you walk through our door.
Some people arrive knowing they've wanted a black wedding dress forever. Others fall in love with red, green, silver or ivory. Some tell us, almost apologetically, “I'm not really alternative…”
If something here feels like you, you belong here.
Our showroom samples currently span 25"–48" waists, and our dresses aren't defined by size labels. We work with your measurements, your proportions and your body as it is.
We can adapt designs around mobility, comfort, sensory needs or the things you simply want to show off. If you need something from your appointment that we haven't thought of, tell us.
You don't need to fit the dress. The dress should fit you.

Maybe you've got fragments of an idea. A silhouette you can't stop thinking about. A colour nobody seems to make wedding dresses in. A reference to a book, a place, a person, a piece of history or folklore.
Maybe you don't know what the dress looks like at all yet. You just know how you want it to feel.

BESPOKE AT LEGEND
Our bespoke service starts with a blank page.
Over the years we've embroidered tiny hidden memorials, worked meaningful words into veils, incorporated D&D dice and bats into lace, designed around tattoos rather than covering them, and created dresses from ideas that began with little more than “this might sound weird, but…”
For us, that's the good bit. Bring us the strange references. The screenshots. The half-formed thoughts. The thing you can't find the right words for yet.
We'll work out what it wants to become.
